Periodic pest management including monitoring map, logbook, monthly report and pre-audit preparation.
From 1,450 TRY a month (contract)
For businesses that produce and sell food, pest management is not a choice but an obligation. In HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC and IFS audits, one of the first things examined is the pest control programme and its records. Inadequate records or a wrongly placed station can be counted as a critical non-conformity.
Programme components
- Risk analysis: A pest risk map based on the facility's entrance, storage, production and waste areas.
- Monitoring points: Numbered rodent stations, UV fly devices, pheromone and glue traps; placement is shown on a plan.
- Monthly visit and report: Catch counts, trend charts and corrective action suggestions.
- Emergency response: A visit within 24 hours of notification.
- Training: Pest awareness and hygiene training for staff.
Audit preparation
Before an audit the facility is surveyed; gaps, damp spots and storage problems are listed. A document folder for the auditor (contract, certificates, MSDS, treatment and monitoring records) is prepared.
