How long is the contract?
12 months' commitment with monthly payment, 12 months upfront with annual payment; the contract renews automatically at year end and 30 days' written notice is enough to opt out.
Do you make extra visits before an audit?
Yes, one pre-audit preparation visit a year is free under the contract.
How is invoicing handled?
The monthly plan is invoiced on the first business day of each month, the annual plan at contract start; prices listed exclude VAT.
